Für die Windbeuteltorte habe ich folgende Zutaten genommen:
2 Eier
80 gr Zucker
100 gr Mehl
1/2 TL Backpulver
2 Becher Schmand (400 gr)
100 gr Gelierzucker
2 Becher Schlagsahne (400 gr)
1 Tüte Vanillinzucker
2 Tüten Sahnequick
1 Pck Windbeutel (250 gr)
2 Tüten Tortenguss (rot)
+4 EL Zucker
500 gr Früchte
Backform: 26 cm
Gebacken wird bei 180 Grad, Ober-und Unterhitze, 18 Minuten

Half teaspoon of baking soda
400 ml of sour cream
100 gr gelling sugar (sugar you use to make jam)
400 ml of whipping cream
1 bag vanilla sugar
2 bags of whipping cream-quick (it makes the whipping cream stable/firm
1 bag of cream puff (250 gr)
2 bags of glaze
+4 tablespoons of sugar
500 gr fruits
At the step before you make the fruits on it, you have to cool down the cake for about 2-3 hours!
Bakingform is 26 cm diametr
Preheat the oven!
Bake at 180 degrees, top und down heat
18 minutes
