It will turn out very tasty and no worse than the classic beef basturma. Basturma, salmon, dry-cured meat - all this refers to basturma from chicken fillet, namely chicken breasts. ingredients:
2 chicken fillets
500 grams / 17.63 oz. salt
a teaspoon of cumin seeds
a spoonful of smoked paprika
half spoon of cardamom
a spoonful of paprika
a spoonful of dried garlic
half spoon of nutmeg
a spoonful of spices for meat (hmeli-suneli)
spice spoon for chicken
100 ml /0.21 pint soy sauce
you can soak part of the meat in soy sauce as I did, but the taste will not change much.
meat to dry in the oven
temperature 70°C (158°F) for 5-6 hours
