// I tried working out at 6am and this is what happened! I tried early morning (in the 6am hour) workouts for a week and this video is the result of how I felt. I wanted to see if I was more productive, slept better, felt happier during the week, and accomplished more. I've never been an early morning workout gal, but wanted to teach myself to do something new in the spirit of discipline!
