Green chutney, also known as coriander chutney, is a versatile and flavorful condiment popular in many cuisines, particularly in Indian and South Asian cooking. We made it in three different ways to keep it green and more durable.

1st Variant – Easy & Regular Green Chutney
Ingredients Quantity
Water as required
Ice cube as required
Water 1 cup
Fresh coriander 1 cup
Mint leaves ½ cup
Green chilli 3-4 no
Ginger 1 inch
Salt to taste
Black salt ½ tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Lemon juice ½ no

Method :-

1. Place a kadai on medium flame and blanch fresh coriander and mint leaves. Immediately remove in a cold water and add in a blender jar.
2. Add all the ingredients to a blender jar and blend! Serve with simply Indian food, paratha or snacks.

2nd Variant - Coriander Curd Chutney

Daily Green Chutney 3 tbsp
Curd 3 tbsp

Method :-

1. Mix regular green chutney and curd blend together. Ready to serve.

3rd Variant – coriander peanut chutney
Fresh coriander 1 cup
Mint leaves ½ cup
Green chilli 4 no
Ginger 1 inch
Peanuts ¼ cup
Cold water 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black salt ½ tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Lemon juice ½ no

Method :-

1. Add the all ingredients in blender jar and blend well together. Ready to serve.
