Week 3 of Get fit in 5 weeks, gets a little more challenging. We start with Kapalabhati and move on to an intense cardio workout that includes Suryanamaskars with variations. Following the Suryanamaskars are lower abdominal workouts that will strengthen your core and glute muscles.
