Catherine of Aragon was the First wife and Queen of King Henry VIll of England. They had been married since 1509, but after nearly twenty years of marriage he decided that they had never been lawfully married and he had their marriage annulled so that he could marry his long time love, Anne Boleyn. By 1532, he had completely abandoned Catherine and by 1534 she was living at Kimbolton castle, where her health rapidly deteriorated. In this video, we will look at what those who were close to Catherine during the final days of her life had to say about her death and burial.
