INGREDIENTS 


Idly premix ~

2 cups rava

1 tsp mustard 

1 tsp cumin seeds 

1 tsp Channa dal 

2 green chillies 

1/2 inch ginger

Few springs of curry leaves 

Handful of cashews


Batter ratio for paniyaram 

1 cup rava, 1/2 cup curd, 1/2 cup water, 1/4 tsp baking soda or fruit salt 

1 cup rava, 1/2 cup curd, 1 cup water, 1/4 tsp baking soda or fruit salt 


Dosa premix~

1 cup rava,

1 cup millet flour,

1/2 rice,

1 tbsp gram flour,

1 tsp pepper,

2 tsp cumin.


Batter ratio for dosai

1 cup rava, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup curd


Health mix biscuit~

100 gms health mix powder 

1/4 tsp cardamom powder 

4 tbsp jaggery 

50gms room temperature butter  


Health mix banana walnut muffin~

Dry ingredients 

(1/2 cup health mix powder 

1/2 tsp baking powder 

1/8 tsp salt)

Wet ingredients 

(1/4 cup Jaggery 

1/4 cup oil

2 overripe banana)

2 tbsp broken walnut 


Health mix energy balls~

1/2 cup health mix 

1/4 cup Jaggery

2 tbsp cup water

1 tbsp Ghee


Date energy balls~

10 dates

1/4 cup trail mix

1/2 tsp dry ginger

1/2 tsp cardamom
