食谱 ingredient:20个20pieces
蛋液 egg custard:
温热水 hot water 300g
细砂糖 sugar 120g
鸡蛋 eggs 4
淡奶 evaporate milk 80g
香草精 vanilla 1 tsp

挞皮 tarts:
面粉 plain flour 350g
糖粉 icing 110g
冷无盐牛油 cold unsalted butter 250g
蛋黄 egg yolk 1
香草精 vanilla 1 tbsp

放入预热烤箱200°C 烤20分钟然后关火闷10分钟
Bake in the preheated oven 200°C for 20minutes
Then turn of the heat and simmer for 10 minutes
*可以根据自己家的烤炉做调整哦!

马拉糕:
   • 马拉糕 cantonese steamed sponge cake  
白糖糕:
   • 白糖糕 Pak Tong Gou -White sugar rice cake
