Indonesia will always hold a special place in my heart. It’s where I started my full-time YouTube journey after living in Japan for 11 years. Indonesia is incredible, and not just Bali, Indonesia has so much more to offer than just Bali. There are over 17,000 islands and each one carries its own traditional culture, language, and food. And the PEOPLE, The people are incredibly kind and welcoming and they will open up their homes treat guests like family and make sure you are comfortable and taken care of.

Indonesians are an extremely proud and patriotic people. They love their country, and rightfully so, they overcame hundreds of years of colonialism and fought tooth and nail for their independence. I love traveling around Indonesia because you always see relics from the past and are reminded of their struggle for independence.

The scenery in Indonesia is just spectacular, you’ve got beautiful beaches, waterfalls, volcanoes, rainforests, and rivers, just to name a few.

So When I travel outside of Indonesia, I love meeting Indonesians that are either traveling or living outside of Indonesia and hearing their stories. Here in Fukui city, I met an nice girl from Indonesia and I met her and her friends for dinner at an Indonesian restaurant called Tary House in Fukui city…
