Ingredients:

3 Mud Crabs (700-800g each)

Grind to a paste:
10 Red Chilli
1 Big Onion
2 Chilli Padi
10 cloves Garlic
2 inches Ginger
1 tbsp Salted Soya Beans

3/4 cup Tomato Ketchup (adjust to taste, we used Maggi brand)
3/4 cup Chilli Sauce (adjust to taste, we used Maggi brand)
2 tsp Sugar (adjust to taste)
2 tsp Salt (adjust to taste)

4 - 4 1/2 cups Hot Water
Cornflour thickener (1 tbsp Corn flour diluted in 2 tbsp Water)
2 Eggs (beaten)
