Dad shows you how to air fry corn on the cob to get that grilled corn flavor! Dad loves grilled corn on the cob. Unfortunately, Dad does not have the time to grill as much as he wants. So dad hacked his recipe to work in the Air Fryer. Air Fired Corn on the cob had the same texture as grilled corn, it does lack that smokey flavor, but hey it's done in minutes!

Dad's Air Fried Corn on the Cob Recipe is EASY:

Equipment:
Air Fryer

Ingredients:
Corn Cobs
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Sea Salt
Black Pepper (Optional)
Cayenne Pepper (Optional)

How to Air Fry Corn On the Cob

1. Coat shucked and cleaned con cobs in olive oil.
2. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, black pepper, or cayenne pepper on the corn.
3. Roll the corn in the olive oil and spices and make sure it is evenly coated. Use as many spices as you want. This is a to-taste scenario.
4. Place the corn into the air fryer basket and cook at 400 for 10 minutes.
5. You can turn them halfway if you like. You can also go longer on the time and hotter if your air fryer goes to a higher temp to get a more "charred" effect if you desire that. Just watch the corn so they don't burn.
6. Enjoy immediately as is or garnish with fresh cilantro, cheese, lime to make it a Mexican street corn style!
