このパンナコッタはアガーで作るので
すぐ固まるから氷水で急いで固めれば30分でできちゃいます😊💓💓

私はゼラチンで作るパンナコッタよりも
アガーで作るもののほうが食感が好み!

濃厚でとっても美味しいので
よく作るレシピです!
後すぐに固まるので急いでる時にもおすすめ💕

アガーで作るゼリーは透明度が高く
フルーツの色を生かしたいゼリーにおすすめです!パンナコッタ単体でもジュレ単体でも楽しめて、簡単かつ美味しいのでぜひ作ってみてください🫶🫶


ちなみにアガーはゼラチンでも代用可能です!
