Jack Daniels Glaze Recipe
1 cup of black label Jack Daniels
2 teaspoons onion juice
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup Steen's cane syrup
2 tablespoons brown mustard
Cayenne pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients well and simmer for 10 minutes until reduced by one third. Use on pork or chicken.
