The rotator cuff is made up of 4 small muscles (the supraspinatus, infraspinatus, teres minor and subscapularis).They work as a group to help stabilize the shoulder joint, especially with rotating and raising the arm overhead.

With these exercises, we’re going to focus on activating the rotator cuff, loosening it up, and building strength and stability into the shoulder (which may help decrease the likelihood of future pain and strain).
