Got this SE Big Ripper off Facebook marketplace and it needs some repairs and upgrades… not sure the wheels are original. What do you think?

Anyways I got these Haro Legends 29” rims with Haro Group 1 tires for a steal from Dan’s Comp. Hope they fit.
