#thinklikeahorse #ItIsNeverTheHorsesFault http://www.thinklikeahorse.org/
I explain how to prevent a horse from walking off when you mount, using good cues and teaching the horse what the right answer is and making it easy for the horse to find that right answer.
I also discuss what normally causes a horse to walk off, move or resit mounting. Balance and proper lunging to get into the saddle will help a horse NOT feel like you are trying to pull him over when you mount.
Speak out against Horseforum.com - it is a discredit to horsemanship:
Here is the link to the blog: http://www.myhorseforumexperience.blo...
I would rather spend time on helping horses but horseforum needs to be called out.
