One of the symptoms of self-sabotage is taking on too much. And in this video I'm going to explain this and give you some pointers on dealing with it.

The challenge with taking on too much is that you run the risk of not finishing everything.

And, if you're into self-sabotage you're quite likely to be overly self-critical and, as a result, you'll then likely give yourself a hard time for not finishing things.

And, if you're giving yourself a hard time for things it'll do your self-esteem no good at all.

So, the mission is to avoid taking on too much.

Learn to say 'no' or learn to delegate.

Or just accept that you're only human and something just won't get done.

And be OK with that.

Remember: part of the recovery from self-sabotage is to learn to be ok with yourself.
