Hailsa!! This is my band Wulf. I once was searching for a type of bagpipe to play and music as well. I went through Scottish, Irish, French, even Bulgarian bagpipes and what I ended up with was a Dudelsack. Oh yeah...I'm German and so is this big chunk of wood designed after medieval carvings. Jens Guntzel from Goda Germany builds the model I play in the video. The music is 9-15th century medieval and a few more modern tunes thrown in. I'd have to thank Corvus Corax and bands like them for the inspiration. Wulf is one of two bands in all of North America who play this type of music. We took a year off to follow other endeavors and now we're back. Between now and Spring of 2013 we hope to have two cd's completed and ready for market.
