I offer a recipe for an incredible chocolate cake with ruby pearl cherries. The cake looks very elegant and festive.

300g of flour
40 g of cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder or ammonium
200 ml of warm sour cream
100 ml of margarine or oil

Cherry layer
350 g of pitted cherries
500 ml of water
50 g of sugar
2 packs of cherry jelly, 40g each

Cream
600 ml of milk
50 g of corn starch
150 g of sugar
100-120 g of chocolate
1 tbsp. ground natural or instant coffee
200g of butter
