2 whole eggs

250 ml of cherry juice
100g of butter
40 g of corn starch
30 g of potato starch
1 drop of red food coloring if desired
2 glasses per 250 ml of canned cherries

●Biscuit
3 eggs
2 egg whites
150 g of sugar
300 ml sour cream of any fat content
100 ml of oil
200g of flour
1.5 tsp baking powder or 7 g of ammonium

●Cream
400 ml of milk
130 g of sugar
50 g of corn starch
180 g of butter

●Caramel layer
150g of butter
300 ml of boiled condensed milk
Steam and grind 250 ml of dry poppy seeds
250 ml of canned cherries
100 g of shortbread, as desired

●Chocolate fudge
3 tbsp. cocoa
3 tbsp. sour cream
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
