🍅 Pickled Sauce
: 1 cup soy sauce, 1 cup + 1/3 water, 2/3 cup sugar,
Turn off the heat and add 1/2 cup of vinegar.

🍅 Salmon Sauce
: 2 cups of water, 1+2/3 cups of soy sauce, 1 cup of cooking wine, 1/2 cup of plum extract, 3T of sugar, 3T of tuna liquid, 2T of starch syrup
