About halfway along the route, we stop at a really nice roadside eatery. This stop is an experience in and of itself, not just a way to break up the bus route. We enjoy the regional food, especially the classic dishes that give us a flavor of the area's rich culinary history. The rustic charm of the location and the friendly welcome of the restaurant staff enhance the experience. The anticipation grows as we travel further because we know Kashan, with its fascinating history and stunning architecture, is waiting for us.
