Hi... this time I made a viral snack, named Scissored Onion Cookies. I've ever shared the other version recipes of this cookies several times. There are the chips version and the spicy one. Following are the links to the earlier recipes.

Scissored Onion Cookies Recipe

Yields about 600 gr.

Ingredients:
- 5 cloves garlic
- 15 cloves shallot
- 50 - 65 ml coconut milk
- 500 gr all purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 30 ml oil
- 1 tbsp margarine
- 4 stalks of celery leaves
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
- water sufficiently if the dough is considered too dry

Tips:
Fry until brown yellow, don't be too brown in order not becoming hard.
