It’s another beautiful day and today I’m going to share with you how to make my easy and delicious MEATBALL SUBS, when my kids don’t feel like eating Mexican food, they ask for meatballs, specially because they always get two meals, meatball sub and of course spaghetti and meatballs!

Making meatballs and marinera sauce is as easy as 1-2-3 I promise you! But in case you want to save some minutes, you can always cook your meatballs with your favorite spaghetti sauce.

Ingredients:
For my meatballs
2 lbs ground beef
1 tsp salt
1 tsp clank pepper
2 eggs
3 minced garlic cloves
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1/4 cup fresh basil
1/2 onion
1 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup Italian panko
1/2 cup milk
For my marinara sauce
2 tbsp butter
1/2 onion
3 minced garlic cloves
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1/4 cup fresh basil
28 oz crushed tomatoes
16 oz tomato sauce
1/4 cup water
1 tsp oregano
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
For the sub
Rolls I use Sara Lee Artesano sausage rolls
Provolone cheese
Mozzarella cheese
