Ingredients:
1/2 onion
1 Roma tomato
2 lbs lean ground beef (93/7) if you use ground beef with higher fat content just make sure to reserve 1 tbsp of it’s fat
My taco spice blend:
1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cayanne pepper
Salt I use 1/2 tsp
1 tbsp APF
For my nacho sauce
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp APF
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp pickled jalapeños
12 oz evaporated milk
1/2 cup milk
8 oz medium cheddar cheese
1 serving of love 💕
