Ingredients:
Fish – 750 gms
Shallots – 1 handful
Curry leaves - 1 handful
Green chilly – 5
Ginger – 50 gms
Garlic – 50 gms
Chilly powder – 1 tspn
Turmeric – ¼ tspn
Corn flour – ½ tspn
Coconut oil
Salt
How to make:
Step 1: In a grinder, add shallots, green chillies, ginger, garlic, chilly powder, turmeric, corn flour and salt.
Step 2: Grind it to fine paste.
Step 3: In a plate, add the paste, curry leaves and apply fine coat on the both side of fish.
Step 4: Leave the marinate fish for 30 minutes on normal room temperature. Step 5: After 30 minutes, leave it inside fridge for an hour.
Step 6: In a tawa, add coconut oil and fry fish on both side.
Step 7: Cover and cook each side till it becomes golden brown.
Step 8: Serve hot with rice and fish curry.


Tip: Use the fried oil with white rice and salt along with the fish fry.
