For this recipe you will need:
-2-3 Cups Chopped Cremini Mushrooms
-2 Cups Spinach
-1/2 Cup Chopped Roma Tomatoes
-Gluten Free Pasta
-Garlic
-Miyoko's Butter
-Truffle Piccante Spicy Pasta Sauce (can be found at Trader Joe's)
-Vegan Parmesan

::Directions::
1. Bring water to bowl in a pot and add in pasta cooking til al dente
2. Heat butter in a skillet pan and add in chopped garlic. Once butter has bubbles, add in mushrooms and tomatoes.
3. Drain Pasta and add to mixture. Mix well and add in sauce, spinach and parmesan.
4. Cook until cheese starts to melt, serve and enjoy!
