PART OF TEXT VERSION OF COMMUNICATIONS THAT I'M ABLE TO INCLUDE HERE. Do you want more? Write in comments and I'll give you remaining part of text communications (Read if subtitles in video were fast):

COMMENTS: Southwest 4236 was proceeding to the gate after landing via S, D when the pilot contacted Ground controller.
SWA4236: Ground, Southwest 4236.
GROUND SOUTH: Southwest 4236, Ground.
SWA4236: We… Our flight attendants are reporting to us that a passenger has jumped out of the plane on the… at south side of that taxiway.
GROUND SOUTH: Southwest 4236, roger, we’ll get someone out there to look.
SWA4236: Okay, copy that.
COMMENTS: About 30 seconds later.
SWA4236: Ground, Southwest 4236.
GROUND SOUTH: Southwest 4236, Ground.
SWA4236: We can’t tell where that person is right now. Behind us… Apparently he was a couple hundred yards behind where we are right now. We’d like to go ahead and proceed forward to the gate. It’s right in front of us.
GROUND SOUTH: Alright, Southwest 4237, we’re gonna actually send the City and police out to try to meet you, if you can just hold there. And if you need to shut down, that’s approved.
SWA4236: Okay, we will hold in place, Southwest 4236.
GROUND NORTH: Alaska 923.
ASA923: Alaska 923.
GROUND NORTH: Alaska 923, hold short… Just come to a stop there. Just had a report of that... That Southwest you see there at 11 o’clock… apparently a passenger has jumped out of the airplane and we’re trying to find him.
ASA923: Okay, neat, we're stopping.
FFT2148: Ground, Frontier Flight 2148.
GROUND SOUTH: Frontier 2148, Ground.
FFT2148: Yeah, looks like we saw somebody walking across the tarmac over there, just east of that fire station, right below your tower, just east of us and east of the fire station.
GROUND SOUTH: Alright, thanks.
FFT2148: …fire station. They were limping.
FOAM 3: Phoenix Ground, Foam 3.
GROUND SOUTH: And Foam 3, it appears that the person is just north of the doors on your fire station. He’s approaching the fire station now.
FOAM 3: Copy, he's on the north side of the station.
GROUND SOUTH: And looks like he’s approaching the main entrance of the fire station now.
GROUND SOUTH: Yellow shirt… Black or grey jacket. Just right by the entrance.
COMMENTS: About 1 minute later.
GROUND SOUTH: Southwest 4236, it looks like the City got to the person. Are you able to continue to the ramp now or do you need someone to meet you at the aircraft?
GROUND SOUTH: Southwest 4236.
SWA4236: 4236, stand by.

THE VALUE OF THIS VIDEO:
THE MAIN VALUE IS EDUCATION. This reconstruction will be useful for actual or future air traffic controllers and pilots, people who plan to connect life with aviation, who like aviation. With help of this video reconstruction you’ll learn how to use radiotelephony rules, Aviation English language and general English language (for people whose native language is not English) in situation in flight, which was shown. THE MAIN REASON I DO THIS IS TO HELP PEOPLE TO UNDERSTAND EVERY EMERGENCY SITUATION, EVERY WORD AND EVERY MOVE OF AIRCRAFT.

HOW I DO VIDEOS:
1) I monitor media, airspace, looking for any non-standard, emergency and interesting situation.
2) I find communications of ATC unit for the period of time I need.
3) I take only phrases between air traffic controller and selected flight.
4) I find a flight path of selected aircraft.
5) I make an animation (early couple of videos don’t have animation) of flight path and aircraft, where the aircraft goes on his route.
6) When I edit video I put phrases of communications to specific points in video (in tandem with animation).
7) Together with my comments (voice and text) I edit and make a reconstruction of emergency, non-standard and interesting situation in flight.
