First time to grow mushrooms and used the food grade 1/2 gallon containers from store bought cashews. Similar food grade container is also available in Amazon. I’m surprised of the results. Able to fruit 4/4 and harvested a decent amount of mushrooms using this container and a pasteurized wood pellets. This is a lot easier to do than the conventional 5 lbs bag of substrate.
