Just a short video today as I didn’t get much footage, I’ve had a very productive day, learnt some new skills at the gym with my PT! I know what I need to work on and I’m looking forward to my next session.

We have 34 days until departure so I’m really excited, the accommodation is organised, the route is planned and the training is in full swing.
