FOR DOUGH:
2.5-3 glasses of hot water. (Let's add 2.5 first. If it stays dry, you can add half a glass more, the amount of water intake varies according to the bulgur)
2 cups fine bulgur
1 cup of semolina
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 egg
Half mashed potatoes
3 tablespoons of flour
FOR INTERNAL MORTAR :
2 large onions
350 g minced meat
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 pinch of parsley
Half a glass of walnuts
Liquid oil
NOTE: If you wish, you can add tomato paste and extra spices according to your taste. 25 stuffed meatballs come out of these ingredients.
