Melon Salad Pasta (2 servings)

[Ingredients]

1 melon, a handful of pasta noodles, 1/4 paprika, 3 cherry tomatoes, 1T minced garlic, 1T tuna liquid, plenty of olive oil, a little black olives, a little pepper, 1 handful baby leaf vegetables, 1 handful salad greens

[Dressing sauce ingredients]
1T olive oil, 1T lemon juice, 1T balsamic glaze, 1T honey

[Cooking instructions]
1. Wash the melon cleanly and peel it using a peeler or knife, leaving a little bit of peel here and there.
Tip. If you don't like the texture of chewing the peel later, you can peel it all off. Don't throw away the melon flesh.
2. Cut the melon in half, scoop out the flesh with a spoon, and slice thinly. 3. Chop the paprika and tomatoes and prepare them.
4. Add 1T of coarse salt and 1~2 bay leaves to boiling water, and boil the pasta noodles for 7~8 minutes.
5. Drain the noodles and prepare 1 ladle of the noodle water.
6. Pour a generous amount of olive oil into a preheated pan and stir-fry the minced garlic, then add the noodles, noodle water, and black olives and stir-fry together.
7. Season the pasta noodles with 1T of tuna liquid and pepper to taste.
8. Squeeze the melon flesh into a strainer and squeeze the melon juice.
9. Mix the melon juice with 1T of olive oil, 1T of lemon juice, 1T of balsamic glaze, and 1T of honey to make a dressing.
tip. Make everything in a 1:1 ratio. 10. Put pasta noodles and melon slices on a plate and top with paprika, tomatoes, salad greens, baby greens, etc.

11. Sprinkle dressing to finish.
