I use lamb shank, but you can use absolutely any meat. The meat is baked with vegetables and spices. The result is a very fragrant and tender dish! And homemade pasta will give this dish a full-fledged taste and aroma.

Recipe:
Leg of lamb - 1 pc.
Any meat can be used if desired.
Oregano - 1 teaspoon.
Spice (hops-suneli) - 1 teaspoon.
Rosemary - 1 teaspoon.
Thyme - 1 teaspoon.
Chili pepper - 0.5 tsp.
Black pepper - 1 teaspoon.
Salt - 2 teaspoons.
Rub the spice mixture well on both sides.
Potatoes - 4 pcs.
Carrot - 1 pc.
Eggplant - 1 pc.
Tomatoes - 4 pieces (I have small ones).
Salt - 1 teaspoon.
Black pepper - 1 teaspoon.
Olive oil.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 180 C for 4 hours.
Flour - 200 g.
Eggs - 2 pieces (large).
A pinch of salt.
Knead the dough for 10 minutes.
Leave on for 30 minutes.
Roll out to a thickness of 1.5 mm.
Cut into any shape.
Let the noodles dry for 20 minutes.
Salt - 1 teaspoon.
vegetable oil.
Cook noodles for about 5 minutes.
The dish turned out very juicy and tender!.
