Let's make gluten free tortillas! I DID NOT follow the recipe because I ran out of my 1:1 gluten free flour - these are more like corn tortilla's than flour tortilla's- as the original recipe states! HOWEVER through some trial and error these came out amazing, and will be my go-to for when I need a wrap!
