Ingredients:
Red Bell Pepper - 1,
Tomatoes - 2,
Green Chillies - 8,
Tamarind - Little,
Salt - To Taste,
Oil - 2 Tbsp,
Cumin - 1 Tsp,
Garlic - 2 Cloves.
For Seasoning :Seasoning is optional
Oil - 2 tbsp,
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp,
Cumin - 1 tsp,
Garlic - 3 Cloves Crushed,
red chillies - 1,
curry leaves.

Procedure: First Slightly roast the peppers in a tbsp of oil and take into a blender.
Then add tomatoes in another tbsp of oil. Let Them release water and add green chillies.Keep the lid on and let them cook until tomatoes are soft and water evapores.
Once the tomatoes are thick , add little tamarind and wait just for 2 minutes.
Turn off the flame and let it cool down.
take into the blender , add salt, cumin and garlic.
Blend until smooth.
Red Bellpepper Tomato Chutney is ready.
This chutney is great for Idly, Dosa and Rice too. Enjoy!!
