✔️ 1 cup of water
✔️ Salt
✔️ Black pepper
✔️ 1/2 tsp oregano
✔️ 50 g (1.8 oz) olives
✔️ 30 g (1 oz) Parmesan cheese
✔️ Parsley

Baked eggplant with tuna and tomatoes
✔️ 2 large eggplants
✔️ 1 can of tuna
✔️ 200 g (7 oz) cherry tomatoes
✔️ 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
✔️ A few basil leaves
✔️ 1 garlic clove
✔️ Salt
✔️ Black pepper
✔️ Olive oil
✔️ A pinch of breadcrumbs (for topping)
