In this Sydney Metro update video, I start with the latest changes at Waterloo Station, including the new station name signs, the canopies and the finished services building.

It's then to Central Station for a peek at the new Metro platforms below, and then an update on platforms 13 and 14 which now have new rails and sleepers. I also give you an update on the Randle Lane entrance.

At Gadigal Station, I'll show you how the Bathurst Street and Park Street entrance exits are progressing, and include some Sydney Metro clips of what is happening below.

I skip Martin Place Metro as I covered this as a separate video -    • Martin Place Metro Station Update - S...  , but I do mention the community open day that will be happening at this station on Sunday 5 May. Here is a link to this event. https://www.eventbrite.com.au/e/commu....

For Barangaroo Station, I give a brief update on the plaza and work happening alongside Hickson Road, and then show you Harry Lawson Reserve at McMahons Point. This is where a tunnel access shaft used to be.

After a brief update on Victoria Cross Station, I head to Crows Nest Station, which has changed quite a lot. You'll see the public art and great views of the lifts and escalators.

I wrap up by showing you the completed Northern Dive Services Facility that is on part of the Chatswood Dive Site construction area. And there is a new shared path connecting Mowbray Road with Nelson Street too.

Accuracy
I do my best to make the commentary in these videos as accurate as possible by checking facts on the internet and other sources. However, sometimes the information isn't available, so I'll use my railway knowledge and insight to explain something to the best of my ability. If accuracy is important, do check the comments, as other viewers will often pick up on things I've missed or any mistakes made. Also note that for older videos, things may change over time, causing some of the information to become out of date.

Construction Sites, Maintenance Facilities and other Private Property
All footage of construction sites, maintenance facilities and other private property is taken from a public vantage point. The only exception is if it's an open day or I have special permission to access the site. The iPhone's small lens and zoom function makes it easier to film through small gaps in hoardings or fencing, so it may look like I'm on site when I'm not! If you would like to know the exact filming location, then ask me in the comments.
