- 1500 ml air
- 5 batang daun seledri

Bahan Isian
- 2 papan tempe / 350 gram
- 5 bawang merah
- 3 bawang putih
- 5 cabe rawit merah
- 10-15 cabe merah keriting
- 2 lembar daun salam
- 1 batang sereh
- 1 sdt garam
- 1 sdt kaldu bubuk
- 1 sdm gula pasir
- 50 gram gula merah
- 3 batang daun bawang

Bahan Celupan
- 6 sdm tepung terigu
- ¼ sdt kaldu bubuk
- 150 ml air
- tepung panir

1 resep ini menghasilkan 32 biji
