My 70-year-old grandmother's recipe surprised everyone! Few people know this method. I was taught by a Turkish baker! It's conquering the whole world! Everyone is delighted! Better than cake and incredibly delicious
❗️After this recipe, you won't buy bread anymore, you can bake it yourself at home.
Fluffy and very soft homemade bread. Stop buying bread and bake your own homemade bread.
Recipe from my 70-year-old grandmother! I don't buy bread anymore. Quick, simple and very tasty.

Cooking recipe and ingredients:

200 ml of warm water.
200 ml of warm milk.
3 tablespoons of sugar.
8 g of dry yeast.
Stir to dissolve the yeast.
Cover with a kitchen towel and set aside for 5 minutes until the yeast activates.
Mix.
Add 2 eggs.
Add 80 ml of oil.
Mix well.
Sift 500 g of flour (all-purpose).
1 teaspoon (8 g) salt.
Mix with a spatula.
Sift another 150 g of flour.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Knead the dough for 2-3 minutes.
Place in a greased bowl.
Cover with food-grade film.
Leave in a warm place for 45 minutes.
The dough rose well. The result was a very soft dough.
Remove the air from the fermented dough and fold it.
Form a ball.
Divide into 3 parts: small, medium and large.
Shape them into a ball.
Cover and leave for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Roll out the largest piece with a diameter of 30 cm and a thickness of 1.5-2 cm.
Place the rolled out dough on parchment paper.
100 g soft butter.
Grease the surface with butter.
Place the second rolled out dough with a diameter slightly smaller than 25 cm on top.
Let's put it in the middle, like in the video.
Grease with butter.
Place the third rolled out dough on top, with a diameter even smaller than 20 cm.
Grease with butter.
Let's put the glass in the middle.
Divide the dough into 8 parts.
First, roll two pieces opposite each other.
Roll out the remaining pieces in the same way.
After finishing the first floor, let's move on to the lower floor.
Let's go to the third floor.
If you want, you can put cheese, jam or chocolate on each piece.
Place it in a baking dish.
Cut off excess paper.
If necessary, you can use a round baking tray with a diameter of 30 cm.
Cover with a towel and set aside for 20 minutes.
In 20 minutes.
1 egg yolk and 2 teaspoons of milk.
Brush the surface well with the egg mixture.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until golden brown for 30-35 minutes.
Excellent!
Let it cool slightly.
Better than cake.
Fluffy.
Both the shape and taste were very pleasant.
Can be served with tea, olives, cheese and chocolate.
