Take a peek behind the scenes of the recording proces of the newest publication in The Real Chopin CD seires – a new recording by a talented young Polish pianist with great charisma, laureate of the International Chopin Competition on Period Instruments.

In a short interview, Aleksandra Świgut outlines the ins and outs of her cooperation with the sound engineers and answers two thought-provoking questions: on whether there's space for experimentation during the recording process and if the pianist can surprise themselves while playing.

The album features Variations on "Là ci darem la mano," Scherzo in C sharp minor, Barcarolle, Mazurkas Op. 67, Sonata in B flat minor and Contredanse in G flat major, and Chopin's own Improvisations on Prelude in E minor, dedicated to Szábolcs Eszténiyi.
