Decided to try out a few Vegan Cheeses and started with this one as Its recommended by some other Consultants! The key to a cheesy flavour is Nutritional yeast which also contains a lot of B vitamins. It doesn't make a huge volume - 2 x 8cm ramekins but sets really well with the agar agar and slices like cheese!
Got o the tips at the bottom for a couple of variations, one adds jalapenos and a smoked flavour
