Well I used up 3 leftover items in this recipe! We had roast chicken on the weekend and I used up the rest of the chicken - note to self - shred the chicken first! I had also defrosted some milk (March 24!) and had to finish that up and I made the Chicken Drumsticks Puttensca and had some leftover sauce - such a great recipe for leftovers!

I do have the lovely Firra dish pictured however I made it into 2 smaller lasagnes (actually not a sheet of lasagne in sight used slices of zucchini instead) . I made one in a vacu seal container from The Mix Shop to freeze and then reheat in the oven later - the insert is plastic so make sure you take that out and the lid must be off before reheating
