This meditation has brought me incredible release and answers that I didn't know I was missing. I hope it does the same for you. Exploring where our emotional pain originates from can feel liberating and empowering. When we practice experiencing the physical sensations in our body that emotions create, we build emotional capacity and resilience - without suppressing or avoiding what we feel. You can imagine your emotional capacity like a muscle, it needs to be trained so that we can learn to fully feel through our emotions and get to the wisdom pearls and realizations that arise on the other side of the emotional charge.

This meditation can bring up intense emotions. It can also bring up resistance, which may show in form of distractions, not being able to get out of your mind or having annoyance come up. Just know that's okay. Meet yourself where you're at and come back to this whenever you're ready to dig deeper, possibly connect to the root source of your anger and release held emotions.

NOTE
Please don't participate during driving or any other traffic interaction. Make sure you're in a safe, comfortable place.
If you're pregnant, only breathe slowly in and out through your nose during the breathwork portion and take breaks if needed.

If you'd like to share your meditation experiences with me, leave me a commet below. I'm so curious to hear all about your realizations.
