In this video I want to give you a new perspective on judgement. We all fear it sometimes, it's human and it's valid. But we are not born with it. It's something we get sensitive while growing up and getting exposed to the dynamics in our micro and macro environments - from our family, to school, friendships, workplaces, the internet, especially social media, etc.
I asked myself "what's actually the worst that could happen?" and I realized that our fear of judgement is often related to a fear of feeling pain or the fear that we couldn't handle something. But look back at your history, you've gone through a ton of hard things, and I'm glad you're still here. :) So I hope this perspective empowers you to accept yourself, your quirks, qualities and uniqueness a little more, bit by bit.

What parts of you feel hard to accept and what could be positive about these parts of you (reframe)? What would be the worst consequence of being judged? How would you handle that?

2. Try this sound meditation "rest and receive" to help you take a pause and calm your nervous-system (listen with headphones)
