Smoked Meatloaf on the Masterbuilt Electric Smoker.....
2+ Pounds Of 80/20 Meat
2 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups Bread Crumbs
Cheese to your liking
4 Skinless Beef Sausages
1 bell pepper
1 Stick Of Celery
1/2 White Onion
Worchester Sauce to liking
Salt & Pepper To Taste
BBQ Sauce To Your Taste
Mix it all together
Put in plastic wrap
And then put in fridge for 1-2 hours
Heat smoker up to 250 degrees
When meatloaf reaches 150 degrees internal put some BBQ Sauce on the Meatloaf.....
Put Meatloaf in smoker until internal temp reaches 160-165 degrees....do not count on time its better to monitor the internal temp......
