The Boys is a gross show.

When the Boys first burst onto the scene in 2019, it was a breath of fresh air. Combining compelling characters, great writing and some of the grossest visuals put to scene, the Boys was an instant hit. The first two seasons of the show are incredible, however, I did have a few issues with the most recent season. While still being a strong season of television, I don't feel it lives up to the quality of its predecessors and is dragged down in particular by its season finale which I found to be full of disappointing resolutions to a number of storylines. With that said I still enjoyed the season and expect the Boys to regain their former glory in season 4.
