Join me as I challenge myself to whip up a mouthwatering steam roast chicken with sautéed vegetables using just a few simple ingredients!

Take 1 1/2 kg chicken with bones and make deep cuts in every piece...
When preparing the chicken, it's essential to pat it dry before seasoning to ensure the flavours stick evenly.
For the spices u need:
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp tikka masala
1 tbsp coriander powder

For marination, u need:
2 tbsp yoghurt
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste.

Add these ingredients and all the spices to the chicken and marinate evenly.. leave it for 2 hours..

For sautéed vegetables,u'll require the vegetables of ur own choice... I am using
1 onion
1 capsicum
2 potatoes
Frozen carrots,peas, and french beans..
1 bowl of broccoli

We will boil the potatoes until 80% are done..now in the same pot ,add frozen vegetables and broccoli, and boil them for 4-5 minutes ..

In a pan,add 2 tbsp of oil and 1 tbsp of butter..add 1 tbsp chopped garlic in it and cook for 2-3 minutes...
Now add onion and cook for 2-3 minutes and add capsicum... After cooking these veggies for 5 minutes, add the boiled vegetables and add 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper..
Saute for 3-4 minutes and juicy vegetables are ready...

To steam the chicken, add 4 tbsp of oil in a pot and add the marinated chicken in it...cover and cook on medium flame.in between, keep turning the sides of the chicken to make sure the chicken cooks evenly from all sides..
Cover and cook until water dries.sprinkle the sesame seeds all over the chicken, and it's done...
Now let's take a look at the results of our hard work – the perfectly cooked steam chicken, paired with a vibrant medley of sautéed vegetables. As you can see, the chicken is incredibly juicy, with a beautifully browned skin. The vegetables are cooked to perfection, with a delightful flavour that complements the savoury flavours of the chicken. It's a match made in heaven!
