DIVORCE: A MASSIVE TURNING POINT - Chris's Story

Life was going pretty well until 2017 when everything changed for Chris. He went through a tough divorce after being married for ten years. Dealing with the end of his marriage hit him hard, making him feel really low.

Facing Separation:
Chris had to cope with a big emotional rollercoaster. The pain of breaking up with his partner hit him really deep. He even had thoughts of giving up on life, but thankfully, these moments passed after a couple of days.

Missing His Kids:
One of the hardest parts for Chris was not being with his kids every day like he used to. Seeing them less often was really tough on him.

Taking Time Off:
Chris needed some time off work to deal with everything. He struggled a lot emotionally and couldn't focus on his job. He took a few months off to get through it.

Getting Back on Track:
Eventually, Chris started working again, but he found it tough. He even got into a new relationship, which helped him feel better and more positive about life. His new partner brought happiness back into his life.

Learning and Growing:
Going through this difficult time taught Chris a lot about himself. He realised he had some weak points and struggled with his emotions. But he also found strength in facing his problems.

Helping Others:
Now, Chris wants to share his story to help others going through tough times. He believes that talking about his experience can support others and show them that they can get through hard situations.

Chris's journey shows that even in the darkest times, there's a chance for growth and positive change. It might be tough, but with time and support, things can get better.
