✿關廟手工麵 ,小棠菜,酸菜 適量

Water 3 cups
Chili soybean sauce 1 Tbsp.
Soybean sauté 1 Tbsp.
Vegetarian barbecue sauce 1 Tsp
Vegetarian imitated meat 50g
Kuan Miao sliced noodle, vegetable, pickle of preferred amount

我曾經於佛光山滴水坊品嘗過那裡的招牌素紅燒麵。它那豐富的口感令我一試難忘。於是試著自己煮。有幸在佳利食品公司一次過買齊所有需要的食材及醬料。
The cooking inspiration of this noodle is from the signature dish - vegetarian braised noodle of Fo Guan Shan Temple Tea House. I am so impressed of its rich taste and tried to imitate in my own way. Luckily, I found all the necessary ingredients and sources in a one stop shop at Chailee MFG food company.
