Carrot Tofu Nugget is an innovation of cheap, healthy, tasty, homemade frozen food. It's one solution for moms to make their children eat tasty vegetables. Carrot Tofu Nugget can also be kept in a freezer, to be served for tomorrow's family breakfast. It can also be mixed with chicken or beef meat for its filling. Want to try it at home? The complete recipe on how to make Carrot Tofu Nugget is on below.

Ingredients:
500 g of white tofu
1 pc of carrot
1 pc of egg
7 cloves of shallot
3 cloves of garlic
½ pc of onion
1 head of leek
1 tbsp of whole pepper
1 tbsp of oyster sauce
Salt

Coating Ingredients:
1 pc of egg
100 g of all-purposes flour
250 g of bread crumbs

Steps:
1. ground the shallot, garlic and pepper. Stir-fry onion and ground spices until cooked and fragrant.
2. Put in slices of carrot, white tofu, egg, oyster sauce, and stir-fried spices. Chop until it's half smooth.
3. Add leek into the batter then stir evenly.
4. Pour the batter into butter-coated or plastic-wrapped baking sheet, spread evenly.
5. Steam batter for 30-45 minutes.
6. After it's steamed, take away, then chill it to room temperature, then slice it according to your taste.
7. Roll sliced batter into flour, then egg yolk, then bread crumbs. Drain it.
8. Nuggets ready to be fried.

Note:
If you want to keep Carrot Tofu Nugget in a freezer for a long period of time, it's best to steam it for about 10 minutes after it's been coated in order to cook the egg yolk coating, and to avoid fungi while it's frozen.
